How the best AI lab builds its own products

    At Anthropic, AI writes
    most of the code.

    70–90%

of the code at Anthropic, the company behind Claude, is written by AI.3 Their engineers design, decide and review. AI types.

    Engineers own the design.

System design, architecture, scaling. Humans decide what gets built and how.

    AI writes the code.

Features, fixes, tests. At a speed no human team can match.

    Engineers review what matters.

Every critical change is read and approved by a senior engineer.

We bring this way of working
    to your company.

    Hire a tech team.

    Design comes first.
    Because it matters most.

Writing code is cheap now. A bad architecture is not. So system design and architecture stay in the hands of real senior engineers, always. AI never designs your system. It builds inside the design they made.

    Phase 1 · 2 to 6 weeks

Senior engineers design a base built to scale.

We study your product, your users and the load you will have in three years, not just today. Then we design the architecture and set up everything it runs on.

No code until you have approved the design.

What you get from phase 1

Architecture documentHow the app is split, where data lives, how it grows.
Scaling planTarget load, known limits, and what changes at 10× your users.
Data and security modelWho can see what, and how personal data is protected.
Pre-production and productionServers, backups, monitoring, AI services if you need them.
Rules for the AIYour stack, your conventions, and what it must never touch.
    Phase 2
    ongoing

Then anyone on your team ships features.

You write what you want. AI asks a few questions, then writes the code and the tests. The engineers who designed your app review every change to the parts that matter.

    After launch

    We don't build and leave.
    We grow it with you.

Most agencies hand over the keys and disappear. We stay. Your product keeps evolving every week, and your product team keeps the wheel.

Example: a first year with east11ai

    1. Month 1

      First version live

Designed by our engineers, approved by you.

    2. Month 2

      Online card payment

      Asked by your finance team.

    3. Month 3

      Asked by customer service.

    4. Month 5

      Mobile app for technicians

      Asked by operations.

    5. Month 8

      Ready for 10× more users

Spotted by our engineers before it hurt. Approved by you.

    6. Every week

      New releases

Each one asked for by your team.

    Your team askedOur engineers

    Your product team decides.

Priorities, requests, and the final yes on every release. Nothing ships that your team did not ask for.

    We keep it running.

Monitoring, incidents, security updates, backups. We fix problems before your customers notice them.

    We make it grow.

When users, data or costs grow, the same engineers adapt the architecture. Ahead of time, not after an outage.

    Same request.

    You

    • Answer short questions
    • Try it in pre-production
    • Say “ship it”

    • Asks questions, with a proposal

    Senior engineers

Years of design and scaling experience
    • Own the system design and architecture
    • Review data, scaling, security
    • Approve every release
    • Watch production

Nothing reaches your customers without a human saying yes.

    How we earn your trust.

Handing your product to AI sounds risky. Here is what we put in place so that it isn't.

    1 engineer

A named senior engineer owns your project.

A real person you can call. They designed your architecture, and they sign off every critical change.

    Design approved before code.

You read and approve the architecture before anything is built.

    Pre-production, always.

Every change runs on a copy of your app first. You click through it.

    One-click rollback.

Every release is tagged. The previous version is back in a minute.

    You own everything.

Code, servers, documentation. Take it in-house whenever you want.

    Your data stays protected.

European hosting, tested backups, and every change to personal data or access rights read line by line by an engineer.

    You see everything.

A status page in plain words, and each release linked to the request that asked for it, the review and who approved it.

    Already in production

    A health app,
    run by its product owner.

A SaaS for speech therapists and the families they treat. Real users, personal data, no in-house engineering team. The product owner writes the requests. The pipeline ships them.2

    No engineering team?
    Now you have one.

SMEs, agencies, non-tech companies, founders. Production software and a team that keeps shipping, for less than one senior hire.

    Already have engineers?
    Give them leverage.

Product and ops ship the long tail of small requests on their own. Your engineers stop being the queue and focus on the hard problems.

    Write a request.
    See how it would ship.

A preview of the flow, not a real build. Type the kind of thing you would ask for at work.

    The plan for your request

See it work on your product.
      In 2 weeks.

Before you commit, we prove it on your own app with your own requests. You keep everything we build.

      1. Day 1–2

        Workshop

We meet your team, look at your app or idea, and pick 5 real requests from your backlog.

      2. Day 3–7

        Design and setup

A senior engineer reviews your architecture and sets up pre-production, production and the AI pipeline.

      3. Day 8–12

        Your team drives

Your product owner writes the 5 requests. They ship one by one, through the real flow.

      4. Day 14

        Decision

We show what shipped, how long each took and what was reviewed. You decide if you go on.

      The 2-week pilot.

Fixed price. Fixed scope. Real results in your production.

      Book a pilot
      • An architecture review of your app

      Questions.

Do you really replace an engineering team?

For most of what an engineering team does day to day, yes: features, fixes, reports, back-offices, integrations. A small group of very senior engineers designs and reviews, and AI writes the code. If you already have engineers, they stop being the queue and work on the hard problems.

Who are the engineers behind it?

Senior engineers who design and run large-scale systems for a living. One of them is named on your project from day one. They design your architecture and review every critical change.

What if the AI writes something wrong?

It happens, and the flow is built for it. Tests run on every change, everything goes through pre-production, critical parts are reviewed by an engineer, and any release can be rolled back in one click.

Will the app hold when we grow?

That is what phase 1 is for. We design for the load you expect in three years, write down the known limits, and the same engineers watch production as you grow.

      What happens after launch?

We stay. The same engineers keep the app running, watch production, apply security updates and adapt the architecture as you grow. Your product team keeps deciding what comes next, and approves every release.

      Who owns the code?

You do. It lives in your repository and runs on your servers or cloud account. If you stop working with us, you keep the app, the pipeline and the documentation.

      Can we handle sensitive data?

Yes. We already run an app used by health professionals and the families they treat. Personal data and access rights are always part of the engineer's review.

      Which technologies do you support?

Web apps, APIs, back-offices, mobile-friendly apps and AI features, on the common stacks: Node, Python, Postgres, Docker and the major clouds. Phase 1 adapts to what you already run.

Who writes the requests on our side?

Whoever owns the need: a product owner, an ops manager, a founder. No technical skill needed. If you can write an email, you can write a request.

      Stop hiring.
      Start shipping.
